1. Who we are

Your Urban Physio operates a shared clinical and fitness facility at FC Road, Shivajinagar, Pune, Maharashtra 411005. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Your Urban Physio; "you" refers to anyone using this website or booking space with us.

Using this website or making a booking means you accept these terms.

2. What we provide

We provide time-limited access to rooms and equipment within our facility. We do not provide clinical services, we do not employ the practitioners who rent from us, and we do not supply them with clients.

Bookings grant access for the specific resources and hours confirmed. They do not create a tenancy, lease or other interest in the property.

3. Who can book

Space is rented to appropriately qualified practitioners. By booking, you confirm that you:

• hold the qualifications and registrations required to practise your discipline in India
• hold current professional indemnity insurance covering the work you carry out here
• are responsible for your own clinical decisions, records and client relationships
• will comply with all laws and professional standards applicable to your practice

4. Bookings and confirmation

A booking request is not confirmed until we confirm it. Once confirmed, the resources and hours are held for you.

We may decline or cancel a booking where a resource becomes unavailable, where payment is outstanding, or where use of the facility breaches these terms. Where we cancel for reasons within our control, we will offer an alternative slot or a refund of amounts paid for that booking.

5. Charges and payment

Our hourly rate and our discount tiers are published on the pricing page. The rate applicable to a booking is the rate shown at the time the booking is confirmed. Charges are stated exclusive of GST, which is added to the final amount.

Charges are payable as arranged with our team at the time of confirmation. Amounts are in Indian rupees.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel a booking from your dashboard. Because there is no lease or minimum term, cancelling one booking has no effect on any other.

Cancellation terms and any applicable notice period are confirmed with your booking.

7. Using the facility

While using the facility you agree to:

• use rooms and equipment only for their intended purpose and only during your booked hours
• leave rooms in the condition you found them and report any damage or fault promptly
• supervise your own clients, including their access to and conduct within the building
• respect other practitioners' bookings, privacy and clients
• follow any health, safety and access rules we notify you of

8. Liability

We are responsible for maintaining the premises and equipment in reasonable working order. We are not responsible for the clinical services you provide, for your relationship with your clients, or for loss of income arising from a booking being unavailable.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your authorisation.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version that applies. Material changes will be notified to account holders.
