1. Scope

This policy explains what personal information Your Urban Physio collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It covers this website and the practitioner dashboard.

It does not cover information practitioners collect about their own clients. Practitioners renting space here are independent and are separately responsible for their own client records.

2. What we collect

We collect only what we need to run the facility:

• Contact details you give us — your name, email address and phone number when you use the contact form or create an account
• Account information — your profile, specialty and biography if you choose to add them
• Booking records — which resources you booked, when, and the associated charges
• Payment records — the amount, status and method of payments, handled through our payment provider
• Messages you send us through the contact form or by email

3. Why we use it

We use your information to:

• confirm and manage your bookings
• take payment and keep accounting records
• answer your enquiries
• operate, secure and improve the booking system
• meet our legal and regulatory obligations

4. Public profiles

Practitioners can opt into a public profile listing their name, specialty and biography on our practitioners page. This is off by default, entirely optional, and can be switched off at any time from your dashboard.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — our hosting and database provider, and our payment provider — and only to the extent they need it to provide that service.

We may disclose information where the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

Account and booking records are kept for as long as your account is active, and afterwards for as long as we are required to retain financial records. Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to deal with the enquiry.

7. Security

Information is stored on managed infrastructure with access controls that restrict each account to its own data. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored on our systems.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can update most of your details yourself from your dashboard.

9. Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work, including keeping you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
