Do I need a lease or a security deposit?

No. There is no lease, no deposit and no notice period. You book the hours you actually need, and that is the whole commitment.

How does booking work?

Create a practitioner account, pick a resource and a time, and submit the request. It's confirmed instantly — no waiting on a team to approve it — and appears in your dashboard right away.

Can I book more than one room at once?

Yes. A single booking can combine several resources — for example two consultation rooms and a studio position — and is confirmed as one transaction, so you never end up with half a booking.

How far ahead can I book?

Single sessions can be requested right up to the same day, subject to availability. Monthly and longer commitments are arranged with our team so we can hold your preferred slots — and at that level you can reserve a specific room on specific days.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel the session from your dashboard. Because there is no contract, cancelling a booking does not affect anything else — you are cancelling an appointment, not a tenancy. Cancelled hours are released back to other practitioners.

Can I book the gym for a group?

Yes. The gym is sold as slots rather than as a room: a trainer with one client uses one slot, a couple uses two, a small group three, and a bootcamp takes all four. Book as many slots as your session needs.

How much does it cost?

One flat rate per hour, the same for every resource, plus GST. The current rate is shown on the pricing page — it reads directly from our booking system, so what you see there is what you are charged.

Are prices the same for every resource?

Yes. A consultation room, a gym slot and a massage room all cost the same per hour during our launch period. This is introductory pricing held flat for the first six months; time-of-day rates start after that.

How do the discounts work?

Two ways. Combine resources in one booking and every additional resource is discounted by at least 40%. Commit for longer — weekly hours through to an annual tenure — and a further discount comes off the total, up to 50%. Both are published on the pricing page.

Do I have to book a whole day or month at a time?

No. The minimum booking is one hour, in 30-minute steps after that. Longer commitments are a discount on the same hourly rate, not a different product you have to buy into.

Is there a membership or joining fee?

There is neither. You pay for booked time and nothing else.

Do I need to bring equipment?

No. Consultation rooms have a height-adjustable plinth and assessment tools, the 400 sq.ft gym floor has free weights, bands, mats and a cable machine, and massage rooms are set up with a table, warm towels and sound. Consumables are restocked by us.

The facility is open every day, 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

How many people can work here at once?

Three consultation rooms, two massage rooms and four gym slots can all run concurrently — nine bookable resources at peak. The facility page reads these live from our configuration.

Is the space cleaned between bookings?

Yes — rooms are reset and cleaned between sessions, so you walk into a ready room rather than someone else's session.

Who can rent here?

Physiotherapists, personal trainers, nutritionists, psychologists, doctors, massage therapists and sports therapists — any qualified allied health professional who brings their own clients. We rent space and equipment; we do not supply clients.

Does my profession limit what I can book?

No. Your profession is recorded on your profile but it never restricts your bookings. A physiotherapist can take a gym slot, a trainer can take a consultation room, a massage therapist can take either.

Do you take a cut of what I charge?

No. You set your own fees and bill your clients directly. We charge only for the space and time you book.
